&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Q: When I click share/tweet nothing happens.  What&amp;#8217;s going on?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A: You likely have your pop-up blocker on and it is blocking the pop-up that prompts you to connect your Facebook/Twitter account to Shweet.  Try disabling your pop-up blocker, then restart your Internet browser before trying to share again.  If you are still unable to share/tweet, or for further instructions on how to disable your pop-up blocker, please email support@shweet.com.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Q: I get this error message when I try to share: &amp;#8220;Facebook restricts Shweet shares to 20 per day, per person.  Please wait at least 24 hours before trying to share again.&amp;#8221;  What does this mean?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A: This restriction is not set by Shweet.  Rather, Facebook limits sharing from any one 3rd party site to 20 posts in a 24-48 hour period.  We believe that trying to share during this period will cause the clock to reset and you&amp;#8217;ll have to wait another 24-48 hours, so please wait at least 2 days before trying to share again.  A good rule is to share to your Facebook friends those videos that most excite you, or that you think they will love.  Quality beats quantity.  Twitter doesn&amp;#8217;t have the same restrictions, so you may choose to be a little more liberal with your tweets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Questions about Prizes:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;A: Yes, you have been entered.  When you buy tickets you will see them when you (a) refresh your browser, or (b) visit Shweet again.  In the meantime, the contest says &amp;#8220;Bought Ticket&amp;#8221; instead of &amp;#8220;Buy Ticket&amp;#8221;.  Next time you buy a ticket, try refreshing the page, and you&amp;#8217;ll immediately see your new ticket listed under &amp;#8220;My Prize Tickets&amp;#8221;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;At Shweet™ we work hard to make sure that our contests are fair.  It&amp;#8217;s one of the reasons why we have Rules.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It doesn&amp;#8217;t happen often, but we&amp;#8217;re unhappy when we catch Members breaking the &lt;a href="http://www.shweet.com/static/rules.html"&gt;Rules&lt;/a&gt;; usually this results in us having to close their account.  Those Members also forfeit any prizes they might otherwise have received, because when we disqualify someone, we draw a new winner.  We don&amp;#8217;t enjoy doing this, but we have to do it to make sure our contests are as fair as possible.  As with so many things in life, it is a case of the tiny few causing problems for the great majority who follow the rules and act reasonably.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here are some guidelines to ensure that you&amp;#8217;re using Shweet in a legitimate way:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.    Follow the &lt;a href="http://www.shweet.com/static/rules.html"&gt;Rules&lt;/a&gt;.  If a Member tries to get around the Rules to improve their odds at the expense of other Members we will find out and disqualify that Member from his or her wins.  Shweet limits entries to each contest to keep it fair for everyone.  When it comes to fairness, we mean business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.    Members must use &lt;em&gt;bona fide&lt;/em&gt; personal Facebook and Twitter accounts, not special-purpose accounts (including &amp;#8220;contesting accounts&amp;#8221;), which violates the &lt;a href="http://www.shweet.com/static/rules.html"&gt;Rules&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3.    It&amp;#8217;s obvious, but worth repeating: share only what you care about or what you think your Facebook and Twitter friends will enjoy. Shweet gives you lots of choices, and lots of ways to share.  If you don&amp;#8217;t see something you like, then there is no need to share.  We have new content every day, and it&amp;#8217;s better to share thoughtfully than to overdo it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4.    Don&amp;#8217;t enter contests for items that you don&amp;#8217;t really want or cannot use.  Sometimes we have contests for special or unique experiences; if a Member wins that and does not want it, that only deprives another Member who really did want the prize. If you do happen to win based on a free contest entry, then just e-mail us and let us know you would like to forfeit the prize. We&amp;#8217;d be happy to redraw so that someone can enjoy the prize.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5.    Respond promptly to winner emails from Shweet.  If a Member ignores emails we will consider the prize to have been abandoned, in accordance with the Rules.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Knowing that this was going to be a large social media event, many companies decided to create their own Social media campaigns. Two of the biggest roles that we  saw were Windows running their #rockwithwindows hashtag, Pepsi using the #NXNEpepsisecret hashtag and we were also was introduced to a new bookmarking website SHWEET. This is where things get interesting. Rather then (sic) spending big dollars on paid advertising. SHWEET built an alternative NXNE iPhone app that ran constant giveaways that really showcased great marketing creativity and dominated conversation all weekend – Showing that it’s easy to create likes but it will never be easy to create conversation.&lt;/p&gt;
